Not imperial but English; now lets also ponder that of the 3 countries in the world that still use imperial, only 2 of them speak English, they should at least change it to (English & Burmese) | Metric
I understand listing the languages of the metric-using countries on the other side, would take up most of the page.
So how about just going back to Imperial|Metric, but that I guess promotes the United States as an Imperialistic country.

Celcius isn't metric, that would be Kelvin.
I'm pretty sure Celsius is metric, it may not be an SI unit (?), but still metric
